Well just to update, this weekend we drive to Norfolk to collect our van from Dom Eriba-shop will post some photos once we safely home after our first night on the coast and tow home via the M25! 😅🚐💨🐶🐶
Sorry Nat and John. We've only just noticed this post too.
Hope you are having a good trip. Looking forward to hearing about your adventure.

Hi still recovering after eventful but successful trip! the weather was dreadful but she towed well, and we learned fast how to unhitch a winterhoff stabiliser on a hill with help from Dom, and get onto a very boggy pitch and then the fun of gale force winds and rain overnight and getting off the pitch and reconnecting the new electrics! remind me never to do this in the winter again!
Will post some photos when it's light at the weekend not got a name for her yet though but that will come hopefully 😆

Glad you got her home safe and sound. We did our first stay at a campsite a few miles from home and were nice and toasty. As newbies also, I can safely say I managed the "Eriba kiss" 3 times and I'm the shortest of the couple! Did you get any new bruises

Haha! yes Steve & Jools my husband got kissed several times and drew blood but that's common for him it's usually hanging baskets when he is delivering the mail wearing a peak cap! We kept the pop up top down due to the gales so I thought that might have helped really but even I got kissed a couple of times and I'm only 5ft 4!

Glad it all went well nat and j, I am sitting listening to gale force winds in Padstow nice and toasting and last night had the monsoon season Allen one night. But it's wonderful listening to it when nice and warm in Eriba.
ah lovely place to be Taffy! you found plenty of places to stay there in the winter?
I will be more relaxed on our next trip I'm sure

We've all been there not necessarily on 1st night.. Keep at, it things can only get better...........now who sang that?
ah yes I know that one well!
thanks for the encouragement we were hoping to go away this weekend; but reality check I need to start preparing for visiting relatives, Xmas and the van needs dog proofing covers made I've bought some lovely fabric, so we will have a practise on the driveway and master the winterhoff stabiliser again. I can't wait to get some Xmas lights and open a bottle of something!
