Oh dear. According to the BBC this morning, Mrs May is visiting a true ally of the British in the Hague. The Dutch Prime Minister has put the three flags up as a welcome, the Euro Flag, the Netherlands Flag and the flag of the UK..................................

I recently attended a Remembrance concert. The organisers had spent a great deal of time and money decorating the hall to pay tribute to all those who had fallen in the service of our country. Small flags decorated the tables, I had only been sat a few minutes when I realised, you guessed it, that all the flags were upside down. They had come from the factory like that. It was possible to remove and rethread the flags on their little poles which I did with a dozen or more around me but I find it amazing that there had been no quality control at the point of manufacture and that nobody on the organising committee had spotted it prior to the event.
There must be only a small bunch of us who are concerned about these things

Endeavour (Morse) made in 2017 for ITV. This frame is taken from the scene where Endeavour has just won a round on Jeux Sans Frontières for the UK in 1968 Oxford.

I wondered why the rest of the team had a carefully placed bit of sticky tape over that emblem to hold thier numbers on thier vests. Did someone notice it when it was too late?

Hmm 
. What's happening here then? Normally, as a stand alone flag, I would say that the Union Flag is draped correctly. However, as there are several Stars and Stripes also in the room, all facing the same way as the two in the pic, then I must argue that the director has got it wrong again.
Episode one of the new series called "Traitors" set in the UK 1945. C4. It would never have happened in those days of pride in our nation.

No problem with the Union Flag in Turkey Today 
Didn't realise however that Seb Vettal had become Mexican and Checko Perez was now a German however
