Not so. The cover is available separately from Werbung: here. (See post #8 above)

It comes to approximately £15 inc P&P

Has anyone managed to remove the awning light cover ? Pressing the cover gently as per the manual has no effect what so ever I've pushed the little lugs on the underside and got a little movement at the ends but that's all

It is a pain and will probably break as it has gone brittle with age. The plastic will also have faded. If you are lucky and do get it off then the rubber seal will have perished and crumble as you touch it.
Save yourself the hastle and get a nice new lens cover. You may be lucky and find they have the nice grey ones in stock. Don't forget to use led's in the process.

If you are lucky you might be able to source a short Labcraft Astro. I fitted one of these to my last eriba as at the time I could not get a replacement lens for the original.
