Freestanding Rotary Airer (or a whirligig to you and me)

For some reason the lovely Mrs eribaMotters has decided we need a freestanding rotary clothes drier to take with us on our longer travels. Why, I do not know, as we presently have two perfectly good freestanding upright fold out jobs.
After searching the net I am totally confused. I can buy a super lightweight specially for camping unit, that might have 4 or 3 arms, but I've no way of checking the quality. Other option is Argos who do this http://www.argos.co.uk/product/6188809 for £30, its collapsible, has a pegs to hold it down, steel construction and not aluminium, comes in a bag, has good reviews and would be easy to take back if I had a problem.

Any thoughts?

Colin

Definitely make sure you can peg it down, I have seen many of those dryers lying on the floor when the occupants have gone out for the day, you don't want any dings in your van. I am just away at the moment and somebody has taken out his jockey wheel out and put one of those in its place....

I've got a Kampa aluminium one Colin c/w ground pegs and bag. Now we're running a small campervan there's really no room for it. We bought it 3 years ago and have used it, I guess, a dozen times and it's like new. It's yours for a tenner, delivery at Summer Meet?

Hi Andy, I realise Colin is first in the queue and I don't want to jump ahead. If Colin doesn't want your whirly gig could we be considered for it please? Will be at the Summer Meet too.

Sorry J&N but Mrs Motters has instructed Colin that they will have the dryer. I wish I had two to offer.

That's fine Andy, just thought I'd ask in case Mrs Motters wanted a brand new one. Back to Plan A, Amazon!

I'm awfully sorry to have have deprived you, but after nearly 34 years of wedded bliss I know my place and have learnt to do as I'm told [sometimes]

Coming up for 35, not sure who is in charge. Suspect it's not myself

Is Roger actually going to let you in, or will you have to stop outside and pass it over the hedge?

Nothing at all, it was a freebie from Dave but we only used it once, you can have a look when you are there and if you don’t want it you can have the responsibility of rehoming it!!
