Hi David. Kampa have introduced a range to fit Eriba Tourers in the past two years. However, there is some confusion as to whether they'll fit older Eribas with an outside gas bottle box.
Your local supplier will need to ask the question. If no then I suppose you could always go for the next size up which will be a Pan/Familia one although it would be quite large.
A word worth noting though, the Kampa covers have not done so well in the latest storms we've been having. They do rip in exposed positions.

Hi Folks I’ve taken the plunge & ordered a cover off Automotive Leisure whilst they have them at £49 instead of supposedly £199. Presumably there unloading stock due to the disastrous season so far. The question is would you use in the summer months (if you’re not using your caravan) to keep the dust & grim off. Automotive Leisure say use year round to keep UV off your pride & joy but there selling them of course. Any thoughts! + has anyone had good or bad results with Automotive Leisure covers, I know there cheap as chips at the moment but it’s no use being cheap if it was to spoil your very expensive caravan!

£49, what a bargain. If it only lasted two or three years before falling apart it would still be worth it for the protection and lack of cleaning grief it has saved you.
I'd be tempted to fit it and leave the windows cracked open for when it gets hot although i f you don't have any trees overhead or lots of birds you could leave it off and enjoy the view.

We have had one now for the last two years from AL ( bit more than you paid ££ 😂😂 ) and it has been great no problems , still have it on at the moment as not going anywhere.

Covers for Troll are £79 (still a bargain) but will not fit if there is a sun canopy or bike rack fitted.

we have a Thule windout awning fitted to our troll and the AL cover still fits reasonably well enough to do the required job

It was AL who told me it would not fit.

I have a had an AL cover for my Troll 530GT 2001 which I bought in 2014 for I believe £199. I tend to put mine on when the caravan is at home winter and summer.
I wouldn't say it is a superb fit, it's a bit short at the front and the back, the girth straps have lasted well and ensure a snug fit. However I have had to repair three holes where it has rubbed on the awning rail, even though I packed this with bubble wrap and this winter it gave way around the chimney in spite of using a tennis ball and more bubble wrap. In the bag it came in was a large spare piece of the material which I have been able to use to repair the holes, araldite and a patch on each side seem to work, it does the job but is not as good a fabric as the Protec tailor made ones that my pal has, though I am sure they charge consuderably more,
I would say that £79.00 is a bargain.

Mike.

Has anyone had problems with al cover wearing through paint or taking the gloss of the surface or rubbing on windows or creating damp in there eriba. I bought a new cover when al had them on a cheap offer which i still haven't used yet!! my eriba is the 320gt with the smooth paint work rather that the stippled affect. I realise that you would have to try and make it a snug fit but just wondered if anyone had any problems with one?
I realise I've asked some of these questions sometime ago but just wondered if there was anymore feed back particularly after using the al covers!

Hi Monoboard

Still using my AL (or is it now LF....!) cover that got in 2016.

Just waiting for a dry day to get 540GT (with the smooth paint) cleaned and polished before putting the cover on. Last year it came out 3 months later with the bodywork as shiny as when I put the cover on. I haven't noticed any marks to the paintwork or the windows at all. Also there hasn't been any damp.

Fortunately it is on the drive so I go out and open the door and get fresh air in when it is dry. We take all the seat cushions out and store them in the house.

I don't put a tennis ball in the flue but wrap it tightly in bubble wrap and there is no sign of wear.

As I have said on a thread I posted a couple of days ago I am considering putting some low level heat in when the weather gets below freezing, as I lost the taps to frost last Spring. (think it was after I had taken the cover off). Also considering wrapping bubble wrap around the taps themselves. Also going to leave all the cupboards open as some others do.

We will see how we go on this winter. Defo not taking the cover off until shortly before we go on first sping outing of the year.

MikeT

No problems with my smooth skinned Familia 320, it is a specialised cover
