I've got little to add to this except, as I've said before, many of these officious wardens travel throughout Europe in their GB doored vans or motorhomes during the closed season and see no reason to respect people's privacy when the shoe is on the other foot.
We've seen it all too often when on our travels in mainland Europe

Hmm, I think we'll steer clear of the CC as we are rebels. We pitch where we can both a) get the best view and b) can also respect those around us. In fact, on most Italian sites with anything close to a good view, that simply means inviting them round and opening a nice bottle of chianti
Hi everyone hope you've all enjoyed your summer. I have been busy working since we got back from our long break but I am now 2 days away from *not* working for a living . Are 'retirement' type questions allowed on here?
Oh, and the stickers will be on at the weekend before we're away again...thaks again for organising those guys, nice touch

I must add here that when we saw the same CC european tour near Tournus that the Calders did during their recent travels in France, they were all jockey wheel out to the site road, lined up like soldiers with absolute precision....when the rest of us had positioned ourselves in a semi circle with doors/awnings facing in to the lovely open space in the middle. They must have all been retired to be going on a 42 day tour.....I thought retirement meant more freedom....I sure hope so lol.

I think all Eribaists should stick together ie an attack on one is an attack on all vote for Aggy as the next Prime Minister and I guarantee you can pitch whatever way suits you

Oh yea I retired 12 years ago but still working. Next holiday will be in November so will have to go somewhere warm methinks.
You retire early, volunteer to do stuff then get offered part time job that turns into full time..............wat
Waiting for SWMBO to retire but by the time she gets there after government keeps increasing retirement age for women I will will have probably popped my clogs

We were booked into Baltic a couple of years back and had to cancel and always thought we would like to use it as a gateway to the city. Won't bother now.
