Eriba 535
We will be taking the wardrobe shelves out. The top one is immediately removable, the lower ones need screwdrivers.

Is there a hanging rail Lesley, even with just the top shelf removed it looks like there's enough space to hang jackets, shirts, trousers etc., though Mrs SDA would never get here ball gowns in there.

No hanging rail as I recall but that's a couple of quid to change. You would have to take two shelves out to get shirts in.

I s'pose I was measuring it in my mind against the 540 wardrobe.
Just thinking, is it safe to take out the fixed shelves? Usually when they build shelves into the structure it means they're required for structural rigidity. If they aren't necessary to keep everything together then they fit removables. Hate to think of you buying a new van and having a wobbly box for a wardrobe.

We'd obviously look carefully first but it's very sturdy (then again so was the Triton's bed and that collapsed the first time we slept in it!). A bar at the front and back at the same level as the second shelf should do - or lowering the shelf a bit to be able to get shirts in, but there's electrics in there, so dunno. We'll report back in May!

Thanks Mackan :- http://www.magnummotorhomes.co.uk/en/12v...or-Fridge-.html
That explains why there are no external vents on the van.

Yes, it's a Clairval Awning. A very good French Awning company. Here's the thread

Spot on. Sold my Kabe this autumn. It was a great Caravan, but i like to travel in Europe and have been to UK, France Italy Germany etc with that caravan. And Kabe is a big caravan and is terrible to travel with but excellent to sta still with. So i look forward to pick up a smal Eriba Troll caravan.

We toured Sweden and Norway two years ago and everywhere in Sweden we came across those BIG red vans
Kabe Caravans
You will notice the difference with your Eriba and watch your head. As Steamdrivenandy would call it "The Eriba Kiss" when you enter or exit the van

I´m quite lucky, our famyli is rather short, so we dont need to put up the pop roof. So i will miss the Eriba Kiss
Don't you believe it. One day, when you're not looking, it'll get you. SMACK!
