As I understand it whilst we will be “Getting Brexit Done” by 31st January 2020 there will be a transition period (at least) until December 2020 so the current arrangements stay in place unchanged until then.....this is also the view shared by my Vet.

To be precise a deal has to be agreed and an implementation period has to be confirmed for current arrangements to continue. That hasn't happend yet.

That’s the bit that worries me, because by the time we return in Feb I might not have enough time if it hasn’t all been worked out (given parliament’s recent history and all that). I guess it might be a bit clearer on Friday when BoJo brings his WA back to the House of Commons.
